Charlie called just before he arrived at my home. When I mentioned a fire ant mound in my yard, I was so happy that he was able to cheerfully take care of the issue.
Terrence was very thorough and took his time to answer all of my questions. He explained each and every step to me as he worked. I am very satisfied with his ability and knowledge about the company and the way he handled my home with care!

This rating is for the technician only (email asked us to rate him). He did not call 30 minutes before arriving (as they always do) and did not call to say he was not coming. His reason for not coming was because of arching power lines (per his invoice we received online). I find it difficult to believe he could not use an alternate route. He marked the invoice completed so we were charged for the service. I called Aptive to reschedule and the person I talked to was very nice, gave me a date and time for our service to occur. We have always been happy with our Aptive service and technicians.
The technician was Professional, friendly and courteous! He arrived promptly and was efficient.
Sam and Delvin were great!! We love them! Please send them again. Not the other guys we usually get!

Everything was great and our techs were awesome. Only issue......we really needed the house to be sprayed today. We are being eaten by spiders! But, we were not told we would have to be out of the house for hours, and our dogs, etc. With working at home and the kids in school I can't do that, and now need to schedule a separate spraying. I really wish when we called to make the appointment that they would have said that.
The last time I was home all day, never saw anyone, nor was there any evidence that anyone had been there. This time the technician rang my doorbell and let me know she was there to service my property. I really appreciated that.
