We saw no tech or heard from any tech today! We were not aware any one was coming out to do our service today! No call , no text! How do I know the work was done?????

Carlos did an excellent job of providing the service to our house. However, the additional items that I wanted him to pay attention to was not communicated from the back office which I called to leave instructions prior to service date according to instructions from the email. This is not the first time. If you are not able to provide that service you should take the instructions of the email.

Today, Sept 15, was my initial consult and treatment and my first time working with Aptive. My technician, Ryan, made the whole process very easy. He was friendly, knowledgable and worked with precision. As he worked, he described what he was doing and the result of the application. He explained the next step process and how to protect our pets (goldfish).
