i’ve only had Orkin for those about a month and a half and it cost me $206 the first time and then $50 a month skews me $52 a month every month even the month that they don’t come I have to pay I don’t think that’s very fair plus when they come they’re only here for about five minutes today they came to spray for spiders I told them I found one in the living room on the ceiling and one was crawling on my brother right outside the back door when he was sitting at the chair !! The only thing he did was go in the garage and put down two cardboard little boxes that were supposedly spider traps he didn’t put any anywhere else I don’t get that I’m not sure if I want to keep them because I think it’s expensive for $52 a month even if you don’t use them one month or two you still have to pay I think they should be doing a better job they’re only here for a couple minutes that’s it!!! I’m only giving them three stars because they did get rid of all of the little ants we had in our house so far

Ok so first off we have tried for weeks to get someone from Terminix to come out to our house. Then after we get the appointments made they not only did not come out the first time but they also did not come out the second appointment that was made. Both times they called me had me wait outside at the time they said they would be there for them to not even show. So after a few hours of waiting both times I then called back for them to say once again they couldn't make it but come after a week. I then said forget it called Orkin and they came out the same day I called and have fixed my problem. Call Orkin they have not only fixed my problem the same day I called but also gave me a cell phone number to have them come out anytime I see anything else. So if I was you I would skip the headache that is Terminix and go to Orkin.

My terminix technician is very responsive to our needs. He will usually respond within 2-3 hours and will be on site within 24 hours. He is very thorough when he comes out to treat our facility. He is very friendly and always profession in his demeanor.
