The technician did well on the outside. The second technician that walk inside to spray the house interior he just asked me which areas I would like to have spray and seem in such a rush that initially he said he wasn't spraying the outside (maybe because it did rain earlier) not sure. I did pointed out the kitchen, garage and bottom floor. My problem was that the rest of the house was not spray at all and he didn't spent 5 minutes in there. I was expecting a complete thorough house pest treatment control and not just certain random areas. Maybe is how you guys do it but with previous company I observed a more detail job. The technician was scheduled to come between 8-12 and did not show up until almost 3. No one called to advise there was a delay. Calling customer service to ask what was going on took 15 minutes on hold before I could talk to someone. Not a great first impression.

Gregorio was absolutely fantastic!! I told him we had spiders in front of the house so he checked and treated all the windows on the first floor (not just the front). I showed him where in the basement we were getting spiders so he sprayed the entire basement. With everything that I told him Gregorio went above and beyond and checked everything. I still have the wasp nest in the eves that was one of the reasons for calling. I had to point out spider webs in the back that needed to be knocked down. This for me was not a good 1st impression 😕.
