Jesus was very polite and did a great job. Very good employee
Not satisfiied with the service. He is supposed to let me know before he comes so I can put my dogs in. Not when he shows up. He was supposed to come in July and did not let us know so when he got there no one was home so he left. The spiders and spider webs are so bad at my house I can't even tell that he has been there.
Christopher is the consummate professional who took the time to address all of our concerns. Highly recommend Aptive and its service staff!

The technicians did a great job. Thoroughly looked for areas where mice might enter the house and removed spider webs. Both were much-needed services that were performed professionally!
Michael Silva is always friendly and does a thorough job! Good trainer since he was training someone else. Previous person was rude because I wanted inside of house done and he said I didn’t need it.
Just wanted to touch base with you regarding the service that took place today.
Out of the 5 service calls I have had for wasps, the tech that came out today exceeded all prior. What a great guy! He took his time looking for the problem, we worked as a team and hopefully the issue is resolved. He’s a great employee who takes pride in his job. You’re lucky to have him and he should be recognized! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but hopefully you can pull my service up and see it.
The email I received asking how he did does not mentioned his name and the link for the $5 tip doesn’t work

Technician was excellent but the coordination and logistics of scheduling the follow-up treatment led to services requested / confirmed / and then not delivered. Only one bait box was placed (due to inventory shortage I was told) even though the person I spoke with on the phone confirmed with me that several could be placed around my property. They also weren't able to re-spray today (again, as was promised when I scheduled my appointment) due to local regulations that weren't made clear to me. We now have as many if not more insects than we did upon first treatment and I would like to see a reservice happen quickly to maintain my confidence in Aptive.
