Tech was very thorough and friendly. Explained the treatments before and after application The first treatment about 4 weeks ago immediately eliminated our ant problem.

Jason Holland performed my re-treat service today. He was very courteous and professional. He left everything as he found it to include the lock on the back gate. I always enjoy seeing him when I need service.

I can’t believe that this individual has the audacity to say that he treated my house with the details that he listed! For starters I have cameras ALL AROUND MY HOUSE that are clearly visible and plenty of cameras that are not visible. Secondly the bait boxes that are laid out were UNTOUCHED!! This individual wasn’t even at my house for 20 minutes. At 1406hrs he arrived and at 1412hrs he got out of his vehicle and by 1424 he was done. He didn’t check not one bait box and didn’t have any concern for the property. So they want to charge me for 12 minutes of him doing very little. This individual sprayed the garage door asphalt area and the rear concrete area by my grill, doorstep and fire w...Read More

The technician was superb. I showed him where there were bees and he explained how they were nesting and that he would take care of it. Very thorough in his work and customer friendly.

Fred Auls from Aptive did an amazing job with pest control today. In my two years of service I have never seen a technician so thorough and ethical. I hope other techs follow fredericks process of pre and post spray.
