He came to my door and was very friendly and asked if there were any special problems. He was very thorough!
Very professional! Just recently started with this company....so far so good. I have a reoccurring issue with sugar ants coming from the neighbor's fruit trees to my backyard. When I discussed this with the Tech, he told me that he would put down granules in the area. Hopefully that will do the job.
Great Service today! The technician was very friendly and he was courteous through out the visit...
Ryan Hicks was our technician today and he did a great job. When he arrived he came to our door, mask on 😁, to see if we needed our inside done. We did not, so he began with removing spider webs that developed around the house. He took good care to treat all areas around our house. Thanks Ryan, we appreciate it!
The tech was very pleasant and did his work professionally. I do not know his name as it is not listed on the summary that was sent. Please put the name under the picture in the future. I have this same issue each time I do a review. The tech deserves his $5 for a job well done.
Tech didnt want to complete service we asked for, then was unprofessional calling and complaining what we asked him to do. He called someone on the phone in front of my wife and was complaining in front of my wife on his phone.
Montana Smith did an excellent job today. He was very through. He took his time trying to track down where the ants were coming from and treat multiple different areas in the kitchen. He knew what the tiny bugs were in the basement and treated for them. He actually sprayed and treated the whole perimeter of the house, unlike the last guy who said "they only spot treat". I was about to cancel the aptive service but Montana's hard work kept me as a customer today. I even called the company and waited on hold for 15 minutes to talk to his supervisor to say what a great job he did.
My technician was Duran Hill. He was informative, friendly, helpful and could not have been better. You are lucky to have him!
