Did a great . Went beyond my expectations. He found ant mounts that I didn't.
Steve was professional, pleasant and conscientious He sprayed all areas where there was a problem. A great asset for the company!
Our technician today was friendly, helpful and patient. He took the time needed to answer our questions and help to try and resolve the pest issues we have been having inside and outside. He also came with a mask and shoe protectors and was accommodating and respectful of my family members who are at high risk for Covid. We appreciated his professionalism and efforts to help resolve issues.
Antwan was very courteous and asked about any problem areas and answered all my questions.
He was pleasant and very polite and did a very thorough job. Great service! Thank you.
Nice guy. Knowledgeable. Clarified a lot of things that the salesman did not quite tell me the truth about initially. Really disappointing that I wasn’t told the truth when I got the original sales pitch. Sean and another guy were really pushy and I should have known not to do business with them. I’m still not sold on the product. Disappointed.
And he left the gate open and my dog ran away tonight. :0(

Rian was thorough, pleasant, and listened to me about what I noticed about big activity in regards to my home. She stayed a bit longer to retreat where she noticed mud daubers trying to enter through the siding and she also added a bit more to some new locations that she became aware of in our final chat before she left. She explained what services they provided after I asked questions and offered to go into our crawl space, but I declined until the next treatment. I hope I see her back in 30-40 days!!
Connor did a great job. He was friendly, on time and very thorough. He represents your company well.
Technician was genuine, helpful in explaining the service and how to use the benefits. Took his time and completed each aspect of the initial service. Even showed me the chemical used to kill fleas and ticks when I ask about it’s impact on my dogs. Better than Terminix. Just hope this type of customer service continues for the duration of the contract term.
