Tech came inside without a mask and didn’t seem to do a very thorough job. We were originally told by the salesman that we (us, our baby and pets) should be in a different room while he was spraying each area, but when he came he said that wasn’t the case and he was spraying awfully close to the pets and my dog licked the solution before it was dry. Yikes! He’s ok but it made me nervous. My husband had to ask him to put his mask on. We had to request a re-spray after seeing more bugs inside and out than usual.
Elijah Cobbons was polite and professional. He did his job quickly and quietly. He is a good representative of your company. Please make sure he receives his $5.

He did an excellent job on the outside. I keep hearing all my neighbors complain about bugs but we are doing ok lol. Shortly after he left a poacher came by to try and get our business, even offered to pay our cancellation fee..nope! Bye, I’m staying with Aptive!

Sprayed 2 feet up my painted walls inside , it took me 45 min to clean the walls that were stained by the spray dripping down the walls , sprayed 2 feet up my clean window on the deck , had to clean up again after him
He stated in the service call” I removed webs from the following areas from the eves and around the home.”. HE NEVER PULLED THE BRUSH OUT OF THE TRUCK! And did not perform this service. The areas in the house were spot treated 3-4 feet apart , again on walls , he sprayed a pillow on the floor
I have had nothing but problems with your service and will be canceling, your last service tech did the worst job of all the rest
Yennifer Alvarez did a careful and professional service at our residence. After completing the service performed, she explained what was done and guided our expectations. Yennifer deserves and should be given her bonus.
