Dejon was excellent. He took the time to walk through the issues we were having, offer some ideas, and even had to adapt since the notes that were provided ahead of the visit were incorrect. While performing the service, he noticed two other items, and he made sure to find me and discuss what he learned. Too early to know the results, but his customer service was exactly what I hoped for.

I am not sure whether the technician is truthful or if Tyler just didn’t explain everything correctly. I was told that my yard and house would be treated for bugs, ants, fleas, ticks etc. not just a portion of the yard. I was told that they would take down all the spider webs, cob webs etc. but that was only partially done and my garage wasn’t touched at all. If this is how the service is going to be then I would like to cancel. I would like a call back reference this matter. I call twice to my rep Tyler and left messages with know return call.
he was very professional. Called ahead of time and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the product and any safety concerns.

America did a great job. I noticed good results the next day.
I am still having the same issues after the initial service and the first follow up treatment. I have not seen a reduction in the number pests. There actually seems to be even more ants. I reported this before the July 6 service visit and nothing has changed. I'm very disappointed.
This by no means falls all on my technician but please hear me out. It seems that my honeymoon phase is over with Aptive. Aptive you started out phenomenal with your customer service and attention to detail. I contacted my area sales manager Brad Farrer before my appointment to address a concern with Japanese Beetles but was unable to get a response. I then contacted the office after getting a text to let us know of any special needs or concerns. I spoke with a very nice girl in the office. I addressed with her my problem area with Japanese Beetles and the exact location and she said she would pass it on to the tech.
