For once I was completely satisfied with Technician. Brian showed up, asked what all is going on and my concerns, what pest, where I saw them, etc. Then he told me how he/ aptive is prepared to address those problems, walked me around while he was treating things telling me what he was doing and what to expect. Also told me ways I can also help prevent pest and what to look for. Very educational. Totally appreciated his assistance and service and hope he is the one that returns. I was contemplating stopping services but I was talked out of that. I hope Brain is recognized for his professionalism because I believe people get what they pay for and I felt I got it.

Ants are all over the back patio a couple hours after the supposed initial treatment! I was under the impression this would not be the case. Disappointed. Please call me to explain.

Derek (Derrick?--sorry I do not know how to spell his name) did a great job of explaining options for additional pest problem. He listened well and explained the type of baited traps needed and after the work was done, showed me photos of placement. I found him knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I was home & didn't see or hear the service technician. I've been having issues inside the home but apparently your company only treats outdoors

Braden Barnes went above and beyond his duties as a pest control professional. He maintained his great customer service skills even when he got bit by a wasp nest that I was not aware in another location. I warned him about the ones I knew of. He was very thorough in explaining the contract and spraying the property inside and out. He was a joy to work with, and he used his problem solving skills to resolve his spray tank malfunctioning. He brought in another Tech to assist with the other wasp nest as he finished up inside. They both were friendly and helpful. Had a short conversation with Anthony and consulted on some of the issues plaguing the house. He's very knowledgeable, knows his stuff. I'll try the mothballs against the skunks that visit our house almost nightly!

Michael Carbajal was very professional and thorough. He sprayed outside and inside and removed many bee and wasp nests. The only issue he could not resolve was with my carpenter bees which are burrowing into the ceiling of my porch. That’s not his fault but a company policy that I was unaware of. Michael was friendly and did an excellent job!
