First session was quick! A few spots missed (mailbox mainly) but am definitely looking forward to seeing results
When the gentleman came in he seemed like he just wanted to get in and out. He did not listen to well. We keep some insects in our house in a tote for our reptiles and told him to wait so we can move them out of their space and he started spraying the house. Very poor customer service
Tech did not apply granular to the flowerbed or yard. As stated in report. Our plant bed is located directly in front of our ring system and it clearly shows the technician spraying only. I inquired with the tech specifically about granular and was told to call Aptive if we notice any ant or increased activity and they will send someone back out. I had to also instruct the tech to spray in closets and cabinets as he appeared to be in a rush only spraying on the outside of closet doors. Nothing over the bare minimum of Effort or service supplied. Nothing like The prior tech that came out for our first service. Disappointing
Raul was very polite and very professional at his job I like
There are still spider webs above front and back door, with egg sacs on the top of the front door frame. They never seem to clean off all the webs when they come spray. I'm also finding bugs in my home in a daily basis! I'm not happy with the service the I am getting. I never had problems like this with White Knight Pest Control.
Shawn Reeves was very professional. The link to prefer him for the $5 bonus for a job well done is not working but he is deserving of it.
David was very informative, on time, polite and friendly. He was very thorough and did not rush the application. I would highly recommend aptive to my friends and family!
Was great. Answered questions about ants inside. Will ask for him in the future.
He was very helpful and listened to exactly what what pest problems we had. He was also very aware of not putting certain chemicals where our kids played.
Ross was very thoughtful and listened to my concerns. He explained everything he did, when they would return and what to do if I needed them back before the next scheduled visit.
