Chris was very thorough in explaining the services today. He and his partner did an outstanding job ensuring that every area was sprayed. They also brought to my attention that we had an ant nest on the side of our garage. Thanks for the outstanding service!
Canyon and Devon were professional, friendly, and did a great job. They were thorough, but quick.
Chris let me know he was at my home and he got to work immediately. I signed the documentation and he explained the cancellation policy. The house was sprayed in good time. Thank you.
Hello, service was inadequate. I was charged $100 for 5 minutes of spaying some bug spray around my foundation. I would like another service completed or refund. I am not happy with the level of service I received relative to the cost.

He even phoned me when the service was complete to discuss what he did at my home. You need more like him !!
Your customer service when you phone for an appointment however, is absolutely beyond horrible. Waiting times are unacceptable even in these difficult times. I was scheduled for an appointment last Friday and no one showed up or had the common decency to call me. I have five animals and they were locked up all day. I've called the office twice now and asked for a return call to explain why no one showed up. Perhaps someone called you back, but they certainly have not phoned me. Very helpful. Good cusomer skills. He was a good kid very polite.
Carlos was a huge help with our ant problem. He did more than just leave bait around, he actually found the colonies and gave informative details on what he was doing. He worked hard to take care of the problem and walked me through the details on what he was doing. When he left, he did some last minute spraying and really helped me feel confident that the problem was taken care of.
