Oscar was great he was thorough and very nice when he came to the door. he let us know when he started the job and knocked, per our request, when he was done.

Patrick Shimek did a fantastic job. He even found a wasp nest inside a car fender. His curiosity about some larvae he saw on the driveway led him to it. He eliminated that nest and others. Well done.

Did not clean the spider webs from the windows at the back of the house even though the sales rep indicated this was part of the treatment. I also informed the technician that was where they were the worst:(

Pedro was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable! He explained about how our puppies and our kiddo need to be aware of the areas that have been treated, and how long we should wait until they can access those areas. He also explained the safety protocol if anyone should come in contact with the treated areas. I have never had a person come out and treat our yard and our home for bugs that was as pleasant, knowledgeable and professional as Pedro was! Thank you for this positive experience!

Not all of the listed services were performed. Tried to charge twice the amount stated on the contract. Received and email stating "Your Review: (5 Stars)Technician was very nice respectful and very knowledgeable. He was very professional. You have a great employee. I hope he is our technician every time" even though we had not left a review.
