Being it the first time service I’m sure he did what he’s expected to do. However, when I got home and took out some trash, the gate was opened. Going forward I hope the tech takes the time to check that the gate is completely closed and latched. Thanks, Mike Migaud

He was very nice, friendly and offered suggestions to help with unwanted creatures close to my home. So far, since the very first treatment, in June, I have not had one black ant in my home. Prior to the treatment I would be killing 2 to 6 or more black ants a day, on the first floor and the second floor. I'm so happy they are not getting in any longer.
