Technician was very informative. Answered all our questions before he started our first treatment. Would prefer to have him regularly service our yard.
They had a scheduled appointment several weeks ago and then cancelled the day before. Then showed up yesterday without notice so he was only allowed to spray outside then I was charged that day for $139 when my contract agreement was for $59. I feel this company completely scammed me.
Aamer was great. He communicated well sharing his process and products. I would please like him to service my house in the future.

Our Technician was wonderful! We would prefer the same technician always if at all possible!!
The side gate for my backyard was left open. My dog got loose. He was almost hit by car.
I am very angry, considering canceling service.
I am not happy with your service, you just come by without telling us when, all I know it's sometime in July, we have a pool in the back yard and the gate is always locked. You did not do the back yard because of this, I get charged full price for work half done, also I had someone from your company come over about a week ago for moles, you treated for moles last year for us but not this year. We told you that we need to know when your coming. You should either come back and finish the back and tell us when your coming or give us a partial refund.
Travis very nice man and very professional. I saw that Chad had pulled up and was trying to make it down to the front door before my puppies realize he was here. Do you ring the doorbell before I can make it down the steps and then he patiently waited while I put my pups up. He asked if I had had any issues and said that he would address the things that I had seen which weren’t very many. And then we proceeded to have a general conversation which was nice seeing that things have been different with Covid. I truly appreciated getting to speak with him
Tech was nice, but the job performed is not. Still have spiders around our windows, soffits and gutters along with wasps living in our leafless gutters. Planning to schedule a follow up service.
