Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Beau Ginger was our technician. He did a great job. Explained everything, asked if I had any questions, and was super responsive. He was thorough, careful, conscientious, and treated our home as I believe he would treat his own family's.
Jasmine Holmes did a 5 star treatment today!...We have had issues and she took time to go above and beyond 2 address issues we have been having!..Because of Jasmine and another technician, will look up his name and send in that info..We have decided to stay with Aptive, if not for their professionalism and showing they care about their customers, we would have went with another company!..they deserve a bonus!..
Very courteous and efficient. He was careful to not slip in all the snow. He did a good job.
Mose was fantastic. Honestly, given the level of the techs that had come before (first one sprayed the wrong house, second one claimed that our gate was locked when we don't have a lock), we considered switching. However, if we continue to get techs like Moses again, we will gladly continue our relationship with Aptive. Thank you, Moses!
Tony was an excellent technician, very polite and quite aware of the
Covid-19 safety precautions we all have to take during this time. Please send him back for my next service.
The gentleman was very polite and efficient. H e did some extra to control a slight ant problem.
Chris was awesome. He clearly explained the contract and what would be involved in the treatment today. He was patient in explaining all the details and the service was quick.
Lainn Link does a very thorough job. He answered all the questions we had about controlling our mice problem. He is very professional!
Mike did an excellent job servicing me today. I appreciated he wore shoe coverings while in the house. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He seems extremely knowledgeable and has great customer relations skills. I didn't realize until after he left that the only area for improvement that i would suggest to Mike was that when he accessed the attic, he had his winter gloves on and that left black marks on the access panel and the edge of the ceiling. It isn't a huge deal since it is the ceiling of my master bedroom, but in the future if he removed his gloves for me and other customers it would be appreciated.
There was no call or text prior to arrival and no notification of completion. The techs usually are more communicative.
Unfortunately, his name is listed simply as “America!” in the service email, so I am not even sure who performed the service.
