Alex did an outstanding job on the Pest Control. Alex was very detailed and very professional in each phase of the project. He kept us informed on his progress before, during, and after the job was completed. We have a regular service technician who takes care of our lawn and also for our pool. It would be nice if Alex could be our regular technician for pest control. We were particularly impressed with Alex's communication skills and he gained our trust immediately. Please let Alex know how much we appreciated his work. Thanks again for a great job!

I wasn't aware that a technician had arrived until I checked my email. I have a need for treatment inside my residence to control large cockroaches, and only treating the outside of my residence will make the problem much worse. I thought it was the policy of the company for the technician to announce their arrival. If treatment occurred just prior to the treatment email being sent, all family members were home, and my dog was loose in the back yard. I'm sure if Moses arrived during that time, he would not have gotten out of the back yard with the dog present. Are you sure the treatment occurred? Christopher let me know when he arrived, asked if we had any issues since our last treatment, and sprayed everywhere I asked. He applied glue boards in the garage without us having to ask and made sure the side gate latched behind him. Then he checked in again before he left. Great job Christopher!!! The gentleman that came out was extra informative. When he had concerns about what he found, he took the time to call his manager and ask questions. He took a lot of extra time to explain some tips to help us deal with our issue. He really seemed to care about our concerns.

Our technician, Adam, really did his best to take care of us. He did not rush through the job or cut any corners. He verified beforehand exactly what was on the plan to do, communicated that with us before starting, and then -- afterward -- checked back so we could do a walk-through to confirm everything was done to our satisfaction, which it was fully!
