Kevin Lopez did not provide me the service I received in the past. I show him on camera going in the back supposed to be spraying around my shed, and all he did was walk around it. Kevin did not take the canister to spray to the backyard. He was on his phone texting. I'm not satisfied at all with the quality of work. I want someone to come back out here and service my yard again. Kevin was not on my property.

He was AWESOME! First technician to call ahead as I have requested each time. He was willing to work with my schedule. Came on time. Walked me step-by-step through the process and gave me suggestions to help at home. Made me feel comfortable with the process. Friendly and knowledgeable!
