The tech was very friendly. How do you rate someone who swipes cobwebs down? Still charge $89.00+??? Need spray for killing carpenter bees!!! Thank you!

I showed him a picture of the bugs we have issues with inside the house. He told me we had water bugs but it was cockroaches! We need treatment bad and Aptive wouldn’t come in. We have masks and gloves! Now the cockroaches are going to multiply and we are in trouble

My service was not completed and my charge came through $36 higher than the quarterly price with no explanation. The tech didn’t do a complete granular yard, spray or mud dauber service around the complete exterior or porch. He said because of Covid 19 he was not doing the interior . He was servicing our house maybe 5-8 minutes. He just left without any communication even if it was to tell me I could lock up the gates . I scheduled a follow up service for someone to come do it correctly. Wed. 25th

Wasps and spider nests left untouched for the second time. The are in plain sight not hidden hard to see. Not happy. According to technician note this taken care of. Once contract expires I won’t be renewing.
