I was not contacted prior to arrival. I also had to call Aptive and have a technician return because I needed flea treatment on the grass area in the front and backyard. not just the plant area.
Asked to rebait traps and did not. Spent less than 20 min here spraying entire house. Do not feel like he did a good job. I did receive time of this service so the tech could spray in the house but was unable to due to Corona Virus, which I understand. However showed up unannounced last quarter so we were not home and was unable to spray inside the house. Therefore inside of house has not been sprayed in over 8 months and is a large portion of why we pay what we pay for bug spray. Not happy with service at all. Also asked to spray garage and we saw very little spray residue after tech left.
Nice work he was checking all spot took his time to make sure the everything was ok

She also deserves a bonus! I tried to leave feedback about that last time but couldn’t get the link to work. Speaking of working, apparently your treatment doesn’t work on Centipedes, they’re still in my house!!
