He has been here several times. Very courteous respectful and thorough. A dream come true for a technician that enters your personal environment. you feel safe, and not worried about your belongings. Not sure how long he has been in the company but someone they definitely need to keep on board
I know he came to spray because I saw he rang my doorbell but I’m not even sure he Sprayed the back of the house. We have security cameras that turn on with even the slightest movement & our back cameras did detect him opening the back gate or spraying on the back side of our house where the ants are coming in. In fact the ring only detected him ringing the front doorbell not spraying around the door which it normally detects. I hope whatever he did do helps my ant problem because I am tired of paying & then going out there & spraying myself despite paying Aptive to help with my pest control.
He was fantastic!! .. it was nice he called when he got here.. his number came up Seattle so we weren't sure about answering it...his number is now added to our phone as Aptive... my wife like that he sprinkled some stuff at the back of the house flower bed that will also keep slugs away...

The service tech was thorough, friendly, careful with the equipment, and very efficient. He deserves a $5.00 bonus. I can't use the app to indicate that he should get the bonus, though! I removed it from my omputer.
He was polite and professional. He performed his inspection and treatment in a timely and thorough manner.

Technician did a wonderful job communicating via phone as to why he would not speak to us directly and that there would not need to be a signature due to the current covid environment. Quick and efficient and courteous of our property.
Neal Monaghan is truly a professional. He called me before arriving. The message he left was friendly and stated exactly what was to occur. He performed the service quickly and efficiently, left the notecard on the front door and left. We did not interact due to the current coronavirus restrictions.
