Roger Clark was my technician and I was very pleased with his professionalism. He was courteous and informative and did a wonderful job. If its possible I'd like to have him become our regular technician here as t our home. Thank you for sending him 👍😊

I was given no indication that Aptive would be at my house today. I saw the truck when your worker was on the front porch knocking down nests. We did not speak together. I did not see him in the back yard at all and there was no indication that spraying had been done. I won’t tell you he didn’t spray, just that nothing looked wet. Could I please be given advance notice in the future so that I can be aware of when to keep my dogs in the house?

Brandon provided the best service we have had so far. Most of the time our notes that we call in don’t get handled or we get misinformed. Our last quarterly service missed some things that Brandon saw and tackled on his own. I was considering leaving Aptive because of the lack of results and the service we were getting but Brandon has changed that for now.

Our initial service hasn't been completed as of yet. We were very pleased with the Aptive tech. who did our yard. He was not able to treat our attic at the time he came and will have to make an appt. to do inside of our house and attic at the same time.
