Alex Morris was very polite, professional, and customer-focused. Alex also addressed all of my questions and concerns
He announced that he was here and what he was going to do. Asked if I wanted him to check out with me before leaving. Very professional.
explained everything he was going to do, then completed it in a timely manner
I would like to know how you treated the side yard and back yard when you came unannounced with no one home and a gated iron fence encompassing the yard??? You will need to come back at a scheduled time to get to the rest of the property. DO not invoice this visit!

Polite and efficient, Josh did a thorough job of applying the pest control and eliminating cobwebs, spider webs and other debris in the gutters and corners of the house. He thoroughly explained the process of the application and what to expect in the coming weeks, and was available for any questions I might have.

Kyle Henson came out today for our first treatment. He was very professional and explained exactly what they would be doing. He told me when they were finished they would come back to the door and let me know they were finished and what they found. He did everything he said he would do. He was friendly, easy to talk to and explained things so I could understand. He had someone else with him that was training. He was very nice and professional too.
Technician was on time , polite and professional! Answered all my questions with patience!
I was asked by the salesman if I would be available for my first treatment in the afternoon. I said yes little did I know 7:50 pm was in the afternoon. I work at 3 am so I was asleep at 7:50 pm.I did not receive the treatment in my kitchen and in my garage like I was told was possible since I was asleep and couldn't let him in. Next time I will know afternoon means until 9pm or so!
