The tech that came by today- Nicholas Dakos- was very professional and curtious......thank you Aptive, I have seen a decrease in scorpions, they were everywhere !! Now you have to hunt for them, and this is our second treatment. When Nickolas told me he was spraying my whole backyard wall....well let me just say thank you !!!

He was friendly and provided great information. They finished quickly and were very efficient.
I wasn’t available to walk technician through the property, however I figured they would see problem areas. Well was I wrong, in his report he stated he inspected eaves and windows for webs and egg sacs, however when the tech left I inspected work and was utterly unsatisfied. It doesn’t take an expert to see nothing was done. I’m not even sure if grass was treated or even if my house was treated. I feel like I give a company I’ve never heard of a chance and I feel totally cheated. I work hard for my money and to come home work and see nothing done, really strikes a chord with me. Hopefully they make it right.
