Missed webs in the back and woke up to webs in front of the back foot. Considering cancelling services...
If you have free money and you plan to throw in garbage can I say it's same way using aptive service. Tech show up for 10 min and I do have video record which walking around house take more than 10 min plus he didn't spray and clean garage plus after he gone and I do inspect his job still bunch spider wip. Horrible service.
Jerome excellent job servicing the mouse traps in my yard and took care of my quarterly service he well deserves a five dollar bonus!
After Jerome left, we had a big rain! Did that wash away the treatment? Does it need to be redone since it was a quarterly treatment?
I think he may have been having a bad, and it was late, around 6pm. First he got frustrated with my wife on the phone because he wasn’t entering the gate code in right. Then he seemed unhappy when I asked him to do the inside of our house. I’ll give him a bit of a break due to the later hour, but he was rude.
Very professional! Super nice! Even removed the wasp nest from my patio .
Would highly recommend!

Cleary defined what he was going to do, asked good questions about our pest related concerns. Looks like he did what he explained...now we wait and see the results. Thank you.
Did Ok with treating inside garage and house, but outside was horrible. I left a spider web and wasp net attached to house on purpose next to front door to see if it would be "swept off". Took a total of 16 minutes at my house, of which 6 was treating inside, 4-5 outside, and 5 minutes sitting in truck after treating premises. 4:41 to 4:57. Unacceptable treatment of the outside of the home. I will be calling Aptive today (Saturday) to try and get some else scheduled to come and treat my residence. Only reason for two star was acceptable service on inside of house, but I followed him around at a safe distance to make sure he sprayed. Very well might have to consider another company...Read More
Did not use high pressure hose to spray outside perimeter and never brushed any webs off the house that are everywhere. Was there for about 2-3
Helpful friendly service. Technician was very thorough.
Happy with results of this service as no longer have problems with ants, Asian beetles, and box elder bugs that previously were problematic.
