He was very courteous when he came to the door, however I told him I thought we were supposed to get an email letting us know when he was coming! He said he didn’t know about that, he did explain that he’d be doing the perimeter around our home and cleaning up spider webs. All good. I found he was in the back of our house and I asked him to clean one of the spider webs off our deck, which he did. I never saw him with his spraying equipment, so I went outside to ask him a question and he was gone!He never came back to our door prior to leaving and ask if we were satisfied or had any questions!
