Jason was here for a follow-up visit. He was clear, concise and made me feel comfortable on the treatment he would be providing. He gave tips on how to further control fleas on my property and I was appreciative of the suggestions. Great technician!

My wife said the guy wasn't even there for five minutes. She doesn't see how he could do a good job in that amount of time.

The tech was quick and efficient. He was polite and asked about where I was seeing ants. I think he could have been a little more thorough on the house where we see them most as we are starting to see them again both outside and now inside the house.

My Technician did a excellent job! He listened while I explained my issue and he did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do to fix the problem! He was well informed and very curtious.

The technician introduced himself. He was friendly and personable. He explained what he would be doing: brushing away cobwebs from the house and light fixtures, putting granules in areas of the lawn where there is pest activity and spraying around the house. He brushed the cobwebs away from the front door area. I didn’t see him after that except when he had the sprayer and he was walking toward his company vehicle. I thought he was getting something from the truck because he hadn’t been there long but I checked around a few minutes later and he had left. I only meant to leave 3 stars. We were supposed to have outdoor treatment as well as flea and tick treatment indoors. I had called ahead before the appointment and the person I spoke to said she would make a note for the technician to see. I also emailed Aptive to confirm the inside would be done. I have emailed since the treatment was done and no one has responded to me. This was all after Aptive was a no show on the initial treatment date a week prior.
