Jerran Magee Was very sweet and understanding. I didn’t expect the pest control until this evening but he came early. Which made me a bit frantic since I was in the middle of an exam. Jerran was patient however, and attentive and still got the job done. I told him my problem areas and made him aware that I would reschedule for the inside of the home to be done due to the timing. He was friendly about the adjustment. Thank you!

Darnell did a great job as he informed me all along the way of the services he was providing. He sprayed inside and out for earwigs and other insects. I am very satisfied.

Niko went above and beyond for our family today! He provided a superb level of customer service, something I have not seen in other technicians. Niko was kind and he listened to our pest issues, including my concerns about treating our home with a young baby inside. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable of the products Aptive offers. Both inside and outside our home Niko did a fantastic job, it was clean and complete! We hope Niko returns for all future service appointments and we also hope Aptive can recognize him for his excellent service! We do, Thank you Niko!!

I can’t believe I had to wait 5 days for an appointment and your technician didn’t ring my bell- sprayed outside only- my problem is ants inside - and now what? I have to wait another week? Seriously?
