Haadee was very helpful when I explained issues we were having. He not only listened to what I said, he offered suggestions that he could do to make our pest problem go away. He followed through with what he said he would do and made sure my concerns were taken care of. He seemed to care about what he does.

Need a respray asap. Not only do we have more spiders and webs now, the old one are alive. Im not sure what the process is but the rep said aptive takes care of spiders? So why after 2 services already there are only negative results. Also are not websweeps part of service, especially when the spiders are right on em alive and well

Provided excellent service. Was very personable. Had a great memory of previous issues. I inquired about my service costs and was resourceful in quickly retrieving the costs for me. He also reminded me of my free repeat services if need be. Great Job!

I received my first treatment today and it was great. Nathan my technician was very polite, helpful, and he explained everything in detail. He even made me aware of areas that were open to pest being able to enter the home. That made me feel much more confident in his ability and work. Thanks Aptive and Nathan for the great service!
