Jeffery was very thorough in addressing our issue. He explained what he was finding as well as what he was doing to treat the problem. He examined additional areas around our house and yard to make sure the there were no others areas in need of treatment. service was prompt after our call and Jeffery was very pleasant the entire time.

George was fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of and that we were satisfied. Great technician! If only the customer service representatives on the phone could be as considerate as he was. They could use some training from George.

My representative Tony did a great job and was very efficient and professional with the service provided. This company also has a great response time and automated system for appointments which is convenient.

Worst service. I would not recommend Aptive to anyone. I specifically asked the service technician to treat for ants around my back patio when he came in. On the next day, when I was watering my plants on the patio, the red ants were all over my legs.
