My Technician Omar was knowledgeable in issues regarding infestation of spiders and nesting. Professional courteous problem solving solution oriented and execution. Omar would serve Aptive best in sales, trainer or supervisor role.
Having said that due to the heavy presence of spiders I am requesting reservice next week and once again the week after the infestation is heavy. I would also request that the service be done by Omar who lives in my general area.
Jarell went above and beyond with what we were looking for. He explained all the products being used and how they work, in addition to providing other helpful tips we could follow to prevent different types of pests! Thanks for the professionalism Jarell!
Tammy was incredible! After listening to all of my concerns, (and I had many, as our house is surrounded by woods), she addressed each and every one of our issues. Wasp nests, spider eggs, carpenter ants... everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Most impressive, though is when she dug up a ground bee nest in our garden and, even after being stung twice, she treated it until it was taken care of. She was friendly, fearless, and knowledgeable. I would give her 10 stars if we could!

The work was given right on time and quietly in the morning right when I needed it done.
Our service tech was professional and efficient. Our service was done and we have had no issues since.
I had two scorpions come in the house and one of them was in my daughter’s room. My wife stated that she’s 100% certain he wasn’t back there to spray the back yard. Very upset!

Danica, came to the door announcing the beginning and end of treatment. She verified our concerns, communicated her plan, and followed up with a report of actions taken and her findings. Very professional, prompt, while providing great information. A completely different experience than before, as we were beginning to question Aptive's treatment process.
