He did not go in our shed and stayed for less than 10 minutes and had a bad attitude. Please have someone different come back out and do his job.

Aptive is good at keeping in touch with the customer and they always let you know in advance when they are coming. It is easy to reply and let them know what you would like them to focus on. For instance I was seeing more spiders than usual in my house and some ants. I have been pleased with the results. Kaleb (and whoever they send) let me know when he arrived and when he was leaving and gave me a report of what he did and asked if there was anything else he could do.

Cobwebs were cleared and spray was applied around the entire house foundation. Slugo was applied sporadically around the house but none was applied on the lawn itself. I have noted slugs, on multiple occasions, hiding out in the lawn between where the sod joins together. I later asked the tech twice if any slugo was applied to the lawn and he had responded yes both times. However, I have proof showing otherwise. I would expect for the amount of money we're paying that the product and service that that we asked for be properly and fully applied. We could go down to our local garden supply store and buy a year's worth of pest control product and spend 10 minutes of my own time to apply it...Read More

The person that was sent out knocked down my porch string lights and shattered them. I was told that I would have someone reach out for reimbursing me for the broken lights. He only cleaned up the broken glass after I asked him to, otherwise he was going to just leave the glass on my porch where my children play. I also only received an email while the tech was at my house that anyone was even coming. I was told that I had received a email, text and a call the night before by the tech but I had not received anything. Please contact me for reimbursement of my damaged property.

I am glad the technician Christian Kolleh checked out the whole house for extra critters and got rid of them since this was an extra visit.
