The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and performed his job well. It's too bad I can't help him earn his $5 bonus using the link provided in my email. I have written the company about this broken link and how unfair it is to their techs several months ago, so imagine my disappointment after learning it hasn't been corrected. I really wish the company would correct this link.
Latest service tech went above and beyond to ensure my house was adequately serviced. I am happy.
Initially when I had signed up, they were responsive with great customer service, where I even recommended few friends who signed up with them, however over time, they started to lag and very much fall behind.
They offer $5 for each review (where you feel obligated to write a positive review), after a year or so, they started to fall behind with their customer service, even after numerous email exchanges and when you call them, you'll be on hold forever. Eventually had to cancel them and wont' be recommending it to others.
Jaxon Jensen was extremely detailed, friendly, arrived in time and very informative. I have been with Aptive for a year now and he is the first tech that I really liked. He did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. Totally recommend him for your quarterly services.
This technician was the worst and he is to never be assigned to my service my house again. He was on his phone the entire time he was treating my yard and working with one hand, even after he saw me watching him.
He put shoe covering on prior to spraying the inside of my house but proceeded to pace back and forth in the street in front of my house, on the phone, before spraying the inside of my home. When he left I watched him walk through my front yard which was wet from the morning dew and noticed he also walked through my wet yard when he came to my front door. He did not brush the eves of the house and argued with me that he did.

Although I did not get any inside services, the technician appeared to do a thorough job outside.
