Poor communications, inaccurate communication, scheduling errors, different techs each time, all with a different story, sold assurances that I was getting a certain application, yet told by later tech that it was not possible, called customer services-where I was refused access to a supervisor or corporate person, asked for a call back never got it. And the product is only marginally effective. Yet when I call to complain the customer rep (nicely) tells me I can toal to anyone about it. Special rate given on for 1 year contract makes it impossible to cancel the service contract without owing THEM money. I have the date In my to cancel to avoid auto renewal. he was here 14 minutes and did not do a complete service by wiping the window frames off and did not do the eaves plus we needed spider traps VERY UNHAPPY

Leroy came Saturday morning by accident on a scheduling conflict. I had been serviced the Thursday prior but Leroy didn’t bothered by it. Neither was I. He said let’s not let this go to waste and did an extra spot treatment service on my property. He was courteous and professional for not really having to service my home. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He took extra care of a problem spot I have always had on my property. This is why I switched from the big companies to Aptive.
