I waited and waited for the completion of his services....30 minutes later, I went out and then I realized that he left without telling me that the services were done. Last time, the service technician swept the spider nets by using a long sweeper. But, I noticed lots of spider nets still on the walls and window frame this time. Apparently, the service technician did not sweep the spider nets today.
The technician never got out of his car. I have cameras around the house. He sat in his car for 15 minutes and then drove off. I should not have to investigate your company keeping your part of the agreement.
He was very professional and helpful......much better than the other technicians who came out to our house.
Rebecca Levings was very professional. Rebecca came to our door to inform us that she was going to perform our insect treatment. She kept her distance from the door and was wearing a face covering. Rebecca did the treatment and, also, walked around the house with the broom to remove any spider webs that were there.

Allan provided excellent service to our home. Additionally, he knocked on our door to personally discuss the treatment he performed and to inquire as to any other problems we are having and to answer any questions that we brought up. He was very thorough and we are very pleased.
