The tech asked about any special needs over the standard service visit, communicated what the standard service call included this time, listened, took care of the bait boxes, gave special attention to my wife's "garden home," was efficient and pleasant.

I have tried to cancel this service many times. All you guys do is try to get me to stay a customer and it's a SCAM. Last month I told the technician that we wanted to cancel because we still have ants, and it's overpriced. He stayed in my house for 5 minutes explaining why the ants are still a problem and assured me it would get taken care of. He said someone would call me about cancelling the service and no one ever did. Then today, I get a call that the technician is at my house.... then I got charged $109..... absolutely absurd. Not only did i NOT make an appointment today, I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE TO BE CANCELLED.

I can’t say anything negative about Aptive, This company has been so professional from the office to the technician. Before they come out to your home , you receive an email to let you know what day they are arriving, and you get a call when the technician is at your home.
