I had to ask if the Tech was going to spray inside the house. He sprayed the outside and was getting ready to leave until I asked about the inside. He then explained about Covid, but if I had not asked, he would have left without giving me the option. I don't know if it is required, but he did not wear a mask in my house or cover his boots. I will say he was polite.

Technician took the time to ask if I had any concerns or have seen any activity that I wanted to bring to his attention. He also appeared to do a very thorough job and not just going through the motions.

We were totally unaware anyone was there until later in the day. Found some kind of cards under the mailbox. I assume we are supposed to use them for a mouse problem. Can’t wait until our contract with you is done😡 Oh, I wish we would receive compensation for my comment 😡
