He was AWESOME. I asked him to put the granules down, which, by the way is SUPPOSED to be done EVERY time and he did with no problem. There are scorpions in my area and I have tried very hard to keep them at bay.

The bug problem is definitely better, but we are still combating ants. They are still in the living room and are creeping back into the kitchen. Can you come and do the inside?

Jacob had a disagreeable and argumentative demeanor towards me. When I went to ask him some questions after he had gotten into his truck, he rolled the window down only about 2”, and then barely made eye contact. He expressed irritation because of the “red flags” on our account, limiting services that they can provide. I asked him to granulate our yard this time, and he was argumentative. I didn’t see him do it and I also didn’t see any granules in the yard, although I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I’m surprised, because this company’s techs have always been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.
