Francisco was amazing! really great personality, and he went above and beyond with his thoroughness both outside and inside. my concern inside is that recently I have had some unwelcome intruders entire the inside of my house...…...ROACHES!!! yuck. hopefully Francisco will be a repeat technician on my quarterly visits.

I hired aptive because I had an ant problem. the first day they came I had to tell the pest controll guy he was on the wrong property. as he was at my neigbors house. If I was not here i would have been charged for a service they did not do. after the second treatment I noticed there was no diffrence in the amount of ant hills in my yard and let the customer service rep know .They told me it takes a while the spray to work. now over $500.00 invested I have more ants then when they started. good bye aptive never again
