Tyrone Cornelius went above and beyond when he was doing my outdoor today. Very nice and patient guy, treated all side and corners including my garage, front yard and patio. Appreciated any help at this special time. Hope everyone can stay safe!

Called before he came and listened to my concerns about new bugs in our screened in porch. Said he would be happy to look at the dead bugs I left for him and treat for them.

Very professional and courteous. He called ahead, which was a good thing, as it gave me time to get dressed. Also he arrived right when he said he would. He sprayed inside my house (as I had called earlier in the week to report ants) even tho your office never told him about my call

We are off to a bit of a rocky start. Your technician sprayed bug spray in my dogs water dish and food dish on the patio. The dishes are large stainless steel bowls and were sitting next to the rear outside sliding door. Next, the technician did perform an eave cobweb service. However, when I went outside and looked, he missed an area. Cobweb is still hanging there. This cobweb is on the lower level eave, so it shouldn't have been a problem. The upper level eave wasn't inspected or cleaned. It is possible that there are no cobwebs up there. It's hard to tell from the ground. The technician was prompt. He was quite personable and efficient Due to COVID, he couldn't enter my house to treat the interior so he left me with some ant traps to help alleviate my ant problem.
