Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Incredibly thorough and polite. The best we’ve had so far. He took the time to really look around, and get any cobwebs, sprayed the perimeter, etc. (all things we know are supposed to be part of the regular service but are often missed). We didn’t feel he was rushing just to check the box. Please send him again.
Service Pro M. Gayfor always does a great job.
He completed yard inspector ants, wasp, and de-webbing.
Your technicians are always very professional. The always touch base on what they are doing, explain things clearly and ask if there is anything else they can do. I always recommend you company.
We like David: He seems very knowledgeable, as he thoroughly explains everything to us = Where he's spraying, what he's spraying or putting down, what they will do, how the pests will react and what to expect. He always asks if there are any "hot spots/areas of concern".
We are very happy so far.
My only concern and it's probably not David's responsibility is that we are given a date of service but no time frame of when to expect him. Also, for this follow up I can't find anywhere = phone call, text or email from Aptive stating that David would be coming for a follow up. That's the reason for only 4 stars.
