We had two hummingbird nests in the vines in the alcove above the front door to our house. From my second-story office I saw your employees arrive so I went downstairs to greet them. As I was opening the door, the technician was in the process of knocking down one of the nests--too late, he knocked it to the ground. Fortunately I caught him before he destroyed the other one--it has two eggs in it, and is a nest that has been used for several years. I explained that to him, and he was quite responsive. The point is, though, they need to be attuned to things like this. A hummingbird is not a pest; it's a wonderful addition to our lives.
Really happy with the quickness of getting things going. I called to get things set up on a Wednesday and someone was out on Friday morning to begin spraying. That process was lightning quick!

Due to the social distancing, I did not directly speak with our technician, but in the past he has always been courteous and thorough.
Jason was the tech who serviced my home. He was on time and performed the necessary service. I really appreciate his proficiency.
