Dennio Garcia arrived promptly at my home at 11:00 A.M. (time frame: 11 AM - 3pm.). Dennio first introduced himself, the company he represents and provided at first, a verbal outline of the services he was there to provide; Dennio then proceeded to provide me the specifics of the contract such as: the frequency of the services; the duration of the contract; the discounts provided, my rights to request additional services and express concerns if need be; Dennio answered all of my questions (I had quite a few of them) calmly, thoroughly, professionally....He was focused on providing the agreed upon services. I thank him and Aptive Pest Control.

Brian did an excellent job! He was sent out 2 days later for a reservice. The first technician did a horrible job. Brian contacted me before he arrived unlike the first tech that came out. Very satisfied with this service.
