Matt took care of everything we needed and answered all my questions. On top of that, he is a good guy and I enjoyed talking with him.
Although they did a good job of spraying their potion around the house. I had a problem with the cleaning of the flashing above the gutters and the remaining roofline. Using their whisk broom, they removed the webs, but the very next day, they return. After a few days, it looks ugly again. Part of having the service is to remove (kill) the spiders that create the webs. Using the whiskbroom is only good for a day or two They say they can't spray their potion that high and they are not allowed to leave and remaining potion behind for me to use,, which is understood. these spiders are nocturnal, they close up ( hibernate) during daylight and don't respire. I marked on my contract that I wanted to know ahead of time when someone was coming out so I could unlock the back gate. Nobody informed me so only the front of my house was done.

There was no mention of checking our box that we have for mice. Would have appreciated to have been notified they were coming. I personally like to see the mouse box open to how much is gone.
Elizabeth was very kind and listened to my concerns while we walked our property to show her the areas that needed attention. She took much time to treat the areas and make sure the issues were taken care. We hope Elizabeth could be our regular tech.
