Tyler was very thorough and did an excellent job. He spent a good deal of time explaining the options for treatment for our ant issues and was an excellent representative for your company.
This service was very different from past services. It appeared to a very quick service call. I did not know the technician was here. Usually I receive a loud knock on the door and am left a note on my door that they were here. This was not done on this visit. Most importantly in the summary it said webs were removed from eaves. Not all webs were removed. I found them around my shutters and front door and on my deck. I have never had this before. Makes me wonder if he even sprayed those areas. I have always been pleases with your service but am very disappointed with this last one.
If this continues I will be looking somewhere else.
This guy was a complete jerk to us! I did not receive any notification of him coming and that is provable by email and phone records. He showed up and my cameras alerted me that he was there. He called me on my cell (I was at work) and the first thing out of his mouth was "I can't get into your backyard." I was like who the hell are you and why are you trying to get into my backyard? He never said who he was until I shockingly asked. He said he was there for my quarterly service. And I said what quarterly service and very snarky he responded from Aptive. (We JUST signed up.) Kid did great job. Was courteous and polite. Professional and thorough.
Now let’s see if the products he dispensed do the job intended. If they don’t, it certainly wasn’t any fault of the person who applied them.
The technician, Dakota, was prompt, friendly and efficient. He was courteous and patient as he provided the service inside and outside the house.
Thank you for treating the whole house for the first time. Technician reminded us to put away our bird to a safe place during treatment.
The crew that came out yesterday were very courteous and professional. I had only one concern and they took care of it along with the quarterly treatment.
Kevin is always very professional and helpful with his advice. He is great!
The technician was professional But we did not the full service sold to us. We were told the technician would clear the spider webs from the eaves of our home. That was not done. I am still experiencing spiders and walking into Spider webs on our patio.

Dominique was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Upon short notice, he provided service when the assigned technician became unavailable. He was personable and provided additional nature remedies for the ant problem we often have. Of course, he emphasized that Aptive would return upon request.
