This technician did not do anything I watched him knock on my door I did not answer as I was busy he then proceeded to get into his vehicle and leave he was only at the property for maybe five minutes at the most there is no way he could’ve done anything to this property I am not going to pay $100 for a service that was not completed this is ridiculous

He did a great job. Very courteous. Your notes didn’t say roaches, which we discussed that we had a problem. The notes said ants and spiders. If roaches weren’t a part of the treatment, we need you to come back please.

He was super thorough and took the time to do a meticulous job. I would be very happy if he was again my technician for our next treatment in October. He did a GREAT job. I wish I could have completed the questionaire asking if he deserved a bonus because I would have said YES. The link would not allow me to complete.
