Joseph was helpful and courteous when addressing our pest control needs. I would recommend him and Aptive highly.
It’s been an ongoing struggle, I’ve called and I’ve told all 3 technicians I’ve had but it never changes. All I want is to be called and emailed or text about my appointments so I know there are coming but I never am. Also, one of the primary reasons I switched from my old company was because they sold me on these pellets of some kind that they put all around the house and in the mulch beds to keep spiders and whatever else 10-15 feet away from the house. This hasn’t happened since my sales appointment. Not only does it never happen but when u ask my techs about it they don’t even seem to know what I’m talking about. I would give less than 3 stars but it won’t let me rate lower 🙄
Thank you Matthew Kacey for a great through job. Observing all around the outside of my house, the treatment very successfully worked. Our ant problem is solved, Plus all the other annoying pests are gone also.

Douglas was very respectful, identified himself and his objectives pertaining to his visit of inspecting the area and applying the insecticide. He is very professional and a good staff representing your company.
Technicians were patient to answer questions. They were very knowledgeable, and reassured me that if I had any issues- they would come out asap to treat areas of concern. My time and convenience seemed very important to them.
Very professional in his work and quite knowledgeable. He answered all our questions.
Gabe was awesome!!! We had ants and yellow jackets , he took care of them and did a full service routine while here!

When he knocked on the door, he asked my any problem or question? I explained that I saw some mice in my backyard. He put some traps and explained some his experience.
He called me this morning and I missed his call. I then called him back and left a message and he did not return my call. He did not ring my doorbell. I don’t even know what all he sprayed. I tried calling customer service to see how long he was out here and I left a message and never got a return call back. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Horrible service overall.
