Nick arrived in the timeframe expected. He was courteous, well-prepared and efficient. Before he left, he gave us a summary of the services he performed and the conditions he observed. I feel confident he provided top-notch pest control.

I hate to sound finicky, but this service compared to the first do not compare. This time several spider webs still on windows and around door upstairs. A lot a webs missed. The first service was very much deserving to tell others about it. But I would not recommend this service after yesterdays service. She also left my house and went across the street for about 10 minutes. Don't know what she did there but came back and sat in her car for 25-30 min. I went out with my blower and finished around the door I use all the time. Maybe I should take pictures?
