Everytime i call im put on hold for the longest time, then i get a text in the evening saying a technician is coming out the next day, then i am charged for 105 with no results pls call me I have a record on how many time i have messaged aptive and call d no reply on both

I would like to be able to request this technician for servicing my house. He was on time and very willing to listen to what my issues were, and then treat the house accordingly. One thing I would like to ask for the next service appointment...please give me a courtesy call 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. I am flexible to leave my work, but need 15-20 minutes to get home to let technician in.

By far the most thorough treatment I have received from your company most of which was caught by my cameras, time will tell for control I was on the verge of canceling due to a significant increase in wasp and pest activity since using your services

Came over two hours late for the first treatment. On the second treatment didn't even go to the backyard to de-web and sweep AS YOUR SALES MAN STATED HE WOULD. You have lousy service and the treatments are ineffective. I still have all the pests hanging around that you claimed would be taken care of by your treatments. As I write this I am holding for your terrible customer service to answer because the rep who answered, Bree, or Brie, had to transfer me to your loyalty department. Not a good way to do business.
